Meal and Activity rates are subject to change
Once a provisional booking has been received, reservations will send a provisional confirmation. Provisional reservations must be confirmed 60 days before arrival. Once confirmed, a tax invoice will be issued. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival unless different terms have been agreed in writing. Proof of payment must be emailed to reservations before the booking is treated as confirmed.
Final rooming lists are due 60 days before arrival unless otherwise agreed. Provisional rooming lists are due 90 days before arrival. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required when the booking is made for the camp to hold a block booking.
