Nkasa Rupara (Mamili) National Park beautifully mirrors Botswana's Okavango style wetland wilderness with an edge that is uniquely Namibian. In a vast arid country, Nkasa Rupara holds the distinction of being the largest wetland with conservation status in Namibia.

Livingstone's Camp borders the national park and features 5 exclusive camp sites providing visitors with a private bathroom, lapa and unrivalled camping facilities.

The camp sites all have incredible views of the Linyanti wetland with abundant birdlife and wildlife. Guests have a range of activities to experience, including Mokoro safaris through the pristine waterways, as well as guided walking and game drive safaris.

FOR SALE AS A GOING CONCERN
The camp is for sale as a going concern including all assets and a 25 year leasehold on the property, with first rights to renew.

LEASEHOLD
The lease is a 25 year leashold with the Namibian Land Board. It includes the rights to build a lodge on the property in addition to the existing campsite. This makes it the ideal place to establish a commercial game lodge in an area located less than 50KMs from prestigious 5 Star lodges in the Selinda and Linyanti area with only one other operational lodge on the Namibian side.

PROPERTY
The property is 8.8 hectares and is situated inside the Wuparo Conservancy which is 12,000 hectare unfenced wildlife area that borders the Nkasa Rupara National Park. The national park is a big 5 wildlife game reserve that is 32,000 hectares in size. The camp has full traversing rights in the conservancy and national park
